GUARANTEE
We manufacture, supply, and purchase displays from some
of the top names in the display case market: Caseworks,
Mounted Memories, Steiner, BallQube, etc. If the display
case you ordered arrives broken, or it's not what you ordered,
we'll send a replacement to make it right. Please call us
at 817-442-8899 for any damaged goods. We will make the
claim with the shipping service and have it corrected. When
calling, we will ask your order number and a brief description
of the damage and if the shipping box was damaged. Please
hold on to all shipping boxes as UPS or the warehouse may
ask for a pickup of the damaged goods or they may physically
come out to inspect.
Displays
are sent ground UPS or Fedex. Most displays take a couple
days to process, etch, engrave and ship. Please allow these
couple days plus adequate shipping time for your display
to arrive. We can not guarantee a specific day of delivery
for ground shipments. 90% of the displays are shipped from
Florida as a reference in shipping time for ground orders.
Expedited shipments are available and will cut delivery
time, and we will do everything we can to hit the delivery
date.
